before purchasing a firearm to verify with their local Federal Firearms License
(FFL) dealer location if they will accept and transfer the firearm(s) for the
purchaser.

-Please be aware that firearm(s) will only ship to Federal Firearms License
(FFL) holders and cannot be shipped directly to the purchase or their residence. In
addition, the purchaser is responsible for all fees acquired by the FFL.

-When making a purchase, please put your FFL's name and phone number in
the SHIP TO section before checking out. Please notify your FFL to include your full
name and phone number when sending us a copy of their license, which should be
emailed at info@blackbeardscustoms.com. Once the transaction is complete, we
will contact your preferred FFL location for further information.

MD, NJ, NY, WA, and Washington, D.C. Before making a firearm purchase, please
